Bohs Skills & Trades Hub
Launching in early 2006, this programme will be set to a timetable built around academy life, allowing players to gain the background skills and qualifications required for apprenticeships. Plus, they will be supported in routes into further training and decent work. It’s football shaping futures.
About the Programme
Bohs Skills & Trades Hub is a Bohemians initiative that adds a Green Trade Ready Pre-Apprenticeship to our academy pathway so players who don’t go pro still leave the academy with strings to their bow.
The programme equips them for apprenticeships in sectors like renewable energy and green building, and supports placement with employers. It also expands our Spark Skills offer (from solar, bike repair and home energy know-how into wind energy and green construction) and creates volunteer Care & Repair Teams to deliver simple home energy fixes for neighbours.
