Community Activation and Administration Officer

We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Community Activation and Administration Officer to join our Education and Community Participation team. This is a Resource Person role, funded by the City of Dublin Education and Training Board, and sits at the heart of our work connecting people with learning, skills and community life.

The postholder will have a particular focus on enhancing the delivery of our Spark Skills programme – supporting learner engagement, ensuring consistency of follow-up, and driving growth in participation. They will also play a key coordination and administrative role across the broader workstream, including supporting our Care and Repair teams and other community-based initiatives.
